I think it is easy to not eat at the dinner table and instead eat in front of the television or eat in the car!! Stop it! Not only will eating dinner with your family at the table make good conversation part of your meal, it will also mean several health benefits! Talking during a meal
slows down the rate of food consumption. Studies also suggest that more
family meals mean more fruits and
vegetables. Eating in front of the
television or while driving leads to mindless eating and of course overeating.
