I believe it is critical to take time to enjoy our food during mealtimes. We tend to rush though our
meals, forgetting to actually taste the flavors and feel the textures
of our food. When we eat quickly, we tend to eat more. Instead of inhaling your food, eat and chew
your food more slowly, savoring every bite. Remember to breathe while you eat and even put your fork down in between bites. It can be nice to simply reconnect with the joy of eating and enjoy a taste of slow!
