This is the second book I read on juice fasting. It tells you everything you need to know about the benefits of juice fasting, what to expect during the detoxing process, what fruits and vegetables are best for juice fasting and their health benefits, juice fasting safety and preparation, and what to expect psychologically during fasting.  It also includes several recipes at the back of the book, but I believe the author relies too heavily on oranges in her juice recipes. The book is well written, full of great information and easy to read. It is current and up to date information and another excellent read on juice fasting.
